Terms of Service

Welcome to Trimly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trimly mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Trimly. AI Style Match, which processes a photo of your face, is available only to users aged 18 and over, with explicit consent.

2. Your account

You sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Acceptable use

• Upload only photos of yourself for AI Style Match, and only content you have the right to share.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content, including in reviews.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Content & reviews

You retain ownership of content you create (such as My Cuts entries and reviews). You grant Trimly a limited licence to host and display it in order to operate the Service. We may moderate, remove, or anonymise content that breaches these Terms or our community standards.

5. Salon information & AI results

Salon listings, ratings, hours, and price ranges are provided for discovery and may not always be current — please confirm directly with the salon. AI Style Match recommendations and try-on images are generated suggestions for guidance only and are not a guarantee of any real-world result. Trimly does not provide bookings, and is not a party to any service you arrange with a salon.

6. Intellectual property

The Trimly name, logo, app, and website are owned by Trimly and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use them without permission.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
